"Very special place 30 or so minutes outside of Kandy, near Wattegama. A few individual cabin-esque rooms (with en-suite) around a cute courtyard of natural spring pool, pond, hammocks etc. Very attentative hosts who really demonstrate Sri Lankan hospitality at its best. The walk around the spice garden and local village was so interesting. Such a unique bonus to make this more of an experience than just a bed for the night. "The bedroom was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was extremely damp and mouldy. Overall abit of a tired hotel. Staff are nice but couldn’t help me much with my issues or questions. There is a nice pool but a large party playing loud music and drinking had been allowed to sit by the pool so it felt uncomfortable to use the pool when I arrived. I paid more for a “Mountain View” room but I was told that didn’t really exist so I wouldn’t advise booking that and paying more...

"First of all, anybody that is thinking to rent this place. PLEASE DON'T! It doesn't include AC. Location from kandy Town is about 2km, but it is so deep inside an area that you won't have phone signals or event street light when it is night. Me and both my parents were given 3 bottles of small mineral water for our 7 night stay at the hotel!! Bathroom shampoo and body shower only been given ONCE! A day have passed and we were still hanging in to this horrible hotel, why waste when we have...
