Vomit in lagoon basketball hot tub pool and no one evacuated pool. Poop in wave pool, was cleaned, and only evacuated for 30 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and they all need raises. "

"Comfortable and clean room! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. elevator was down but I was able to get the last room on the first floor. Pool was really cold and could be cleaned. Rust in the tub. Fridge did not cool properly and took a full day to cool. Microwave works but the buttons weren’t functioning properly. My key didn’t work on my second day. I told the staff and was given another key! Very close to Knoxville! Overall I enjoyed my stay! I would stay again! "

"We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. The room was clean and looked as good as the pictures on the website. You are downtown so outside noise can be heard from the 6th floor. Most of the car noise ended around midnight."
