"Although the outside of the facility has yet to be “Updated” the rooms were a pleasant surprise ! Staff were very courteous and breakfast was great ! A very solid 4 out of 5 stars and very reasonably priced. We’d stay there again !"

Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed at from the smell of rat urine in the air conditioner to bugs on the floor dead bugs in the floor and in the window seal to sticky dirty floors and a nasty bathtub. Honestly, I should have taken pictures so that I could post on here.
