Friendly and Good Breakfast

A friendly hotel with a very good breakfast selection and a great pool - or more. I went for a morning swim in the warm pool and then in the cold one, very invigorating.

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato deludente per una struttura a 4 stelle. Mi è stata assegnata una camera comunicante con un'altra, il che ha compromesso la mia privacy e il mio comfort. Il rumore proveniente dalla stanza adiacente, dovuto alla TV accesa, telefonate e rumori notturni, mi ha impedito di riposare adeguatamente. Considerando che l'hotel era quasi vuoto, trovo inaccettabile la scelta di assegnarmi una camera comunicante. Questo è un aspetto che l'hotel dovrebbe migliorare per offrire un'esperienza adeguata agli ospiti.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Aussenanlage und Pools. Für Behinderte Personen (gehbehindert) steht nur 1 Zimmer im Hotel zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage kühlt bei Sommertemperaturen nicht genug. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Nachtessen war hervorragend mit grosser Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Esperienza deludente. Abbiamo fatto il check-in solamente alle ore 14, come previsto dalla struttura. Chiusura spa già alle 19. Il giorno seguente abbiamo eseguito il check-out e per continuare ad utilizzare la piscina occorreva un “piccolo” supplemento di 25 euro a persona. Troppo poco tempo di piscina incluso nel soggiorno di 2 giorni. Il livello di pulizia della camera è stato insufficiente per il prezzo pagato: mobili impolverati ed il tappeto da bagno ancora macchiato dallo smalto di una cliente precedente. Sorveglianza delle piscine inadeguata. Poco dopo il tramonto una coppia stava palesemente “consumando” ad un metro da noi nell’area idromassaggio. Inaccettabile per un 4 stelle.

Piscine molto pulite e curate sia nella parte interna che esterna. Camere spaziose e pulite con ottimi confort, bagni curati. Unica pecca è stata la temperatura della stanza troppo alta nonostante il termostato spento. Colazione abbondante con prodotti di qualità. Super consigliato per un weekend rilassante, ottimo sia per coppie che per famiglie.

Belle piscine, molto pulito.

L'albergo è pulito ed essenziale nelle camere e nelle parti comuni. Abbiamo dovuto discutere per avere una bottiglietta di crema che non ci avevano lasciato la mattina nel momento delle pulizie. Mio figlio aveva prurito in tutto il corpo a causa del cloro nelle piscine ed io, pensando di trovare tutto in dotazione, non mi ero portate il suo olio per il corpo: mi sono sentita dire alle 8 di sera: "vediamo se ne trovo una". L'albergo non offre shampoo, balsamo e saponette. Il gel doccia all'interno dei dispenser è di qualità scadente e la bottiglietta piccola di crema non è sufficiente per 3 persone, se poi non viene neppure rimessa il giorno dopo la conclusione è che l'hotel non mette a disposizione neppure il minimo utile per chi ospita. Abbiamo inoltre dovuto pagare un supplemento per la presenza di mio figlio pur non usufruendo di letto aggiuntivo e colazione. Non ho capito per quale motivo ho dovuto pagare 30€ al giorno se mio figlio di 5 anni ha dormito nel letto matrimoniale con me. Asciugamani e accappatoi non vengono cambiati giornalmente per cui il secondo giorno abbiamo usato la biancheria per la piscina tutta bagnata. Insomma per il posto che pretende di essere e quello che si paga necessiterebbe di migliorare il servizio. Personale di servizio al ristorante ed in piscina estremamente gentile e disponibile, questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno particolarmente piacevole.

Ganz okay!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm. Sehr schöner Pool. Grotten muss man immer wieder selbst aktivieren, was äusserst mühsam ist. Massage war leider nicht sehr professionell.
