"We had great time staying here. The breakfast buffet is amazing! My whole family really enjoyed the time staying here for three nights. The four of us had the connected room, perfect set up. It’s too bad that we were not upgraded to the rooms that could have the tower view, the hotel wanted to charge us additional 80/night for the request. As the platinum member, we thought that we could get the free upgrade."

"Incredibly kind front desk and staff. Our plane landed at 6am and I had booked a driver to the hotel. The front desk let us store our bags while we explored and had our room ready an hour before the usual check in.
