"BE CAREFUL! What I will say is that the woman working the desk that night when we checked in was lovely. That is a positive. However the issues started when we were asked for an additional deposit on top of what we had already paid online. During our check in process a very sketchy man and woman were trying to get into the building. SURPRISE they were our neighbours. Our door/room was on the outside of the building, and it barely locked. Queue the next seedy character that came to join the other...

"We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)"

"Older hotel that could use updating. Staff were lovely. However, the mattress was not only too soft ( poor back support), but uneven/lumpy. Pillows were hard and lumpy. Restaurant staff were very nice. The food…not so much."

We stayed in the Sunrise suite and were surprised at JUST how how open the door plan was - there was no partition whatsoever between bedroom and bathroom, and had a full view of toilet and shower from our bed. This would be a lovely room for a single person, but an awkward setup for two people, as there was no privacy for bathroom use. "Currently expecting Expedia to refund our money. We stayed for only about half an hour before giving our keys back to the front desk and stating our expectation of a refund . The room literally had NO WINDOWS BUT THERE WERE CURTAINS OVER DRYWALL WHERE THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WINDOWS!!! THE RECEPTIONIST HAD NO ALTERNATE ROOM TO OFFER. .COMPLETELY UNSAFE."

"Great location along Granville & Sackville Streets, just a few short blocks from the waterfront and terrific value for money. Room was clean and though a little small, had all the essentials including a desk with a phone charger and wifi, lots of hooks on the door, as well a cabinet to put away and hang up personal items like clothing. There were several individual bathrooms on each floor and all came with a shower. Each floor has a shared common area with a kitchen and fridge, microwave, etc....
