"The property was nice overall, pretty much a place to sleep, while you visit around the area. The staff was superb and super helpful, in every way possible. The negatives are that the TV would lose signal, hence no way of connecting to local and/or online. The hotel could use a bit of updating, but overall there is nothing really wrong with it. No complaints on the food or bar."

"The friendliness of the staff is top-notch and everywhere is so clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there was a lack of vegan awareness. Although my meal on the first night was tasty it didn't include any protein. There were no vegan wines available but they kindly let me bring some vegan wine I had in the car in to have with my meal. "The only reason I will not return is that a week before my stay I noticed the room price across all rooms reduced by about £50 when I asked if a lake view room was available could I be allocated one I was snubbed off and actually didn’t even get an answer to my second email also staff at hotel not very friendly and night staff actually completely ignored us when we walked back to our room after dinner which I also found quite over priced "
