"We didn't use the pool, why would you when you have the Mediterranean Sea as an option? The staff were lovely, Very friendly and easy to get in with. There are areas that were beginning to look a bit "tired", but the hotel is a long way away from needing a renovation. The all inclusive package was real value for money and the location makes getting around very easy. Taxis are not expensive. Coming from Britain where we don't have a "tip for service" back ground, it was difficult to know how much to leave without being insulting "

The hotel is just a short walk from TerraCity Mall, which made everything super convenient—food, shopping, and even taxis were right there. The area feels safe and central without being overly noisy. Room was basic but comfortable. A/C worked well, the bed was firm but fine, and the shower had decent pressure. The Wi-Fi was stable the whole time, which I really appreciated. Perfect for checking emails, maps, or streaming light content. Breakfast was pretty minimal, but expected for this price range. Staff weren’t overly chatty, but they were polite and helpful when needed. **Bottom line:** If you want a no-frills stay in a great location without spending a fortune, City Live Hotel hits the mark. I’d definitely stay again for a quick city visit or layover."
