Check in stops around 8pm which was an issue however since my flight was delayed and we didnt land until after 930pm. Lorenzo was so accomodating and met me there to do a late check in. "When I went to check in the gentleman at the desk, said I did not have a reservation. Not only did I have a reservation. I had prepaid for it months ago. I had the reservation number and the payment receipt, but he didn’t care. I had to contact Expedia, who then called the hotel. The guy at the desk didn’t speak English, so Expedia had to call him back with a Spanish speaker. It eventually got all sorted out, but it took half an hour of me waiting around for it to get settled"
