Motel was not in newer area of chico, so had a pretty "used" atmosphere about it and not well maintained. price reflected conditiopn of unit."

"My stay at this motel 6 was about as expected. Though I didn’t use it, the pool area looked great. The room was as expected. Plenty of hot water in the showers. The only real negative was the noise. We could hear people’s conversations as they walked by. Loud vehicles on nearby Hwy. 99 woke us up. Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it was decent."

"The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful."

"Friendly staff. Older decor in room, bathtub seemed old/stained. Check-in was smooth and allowed for late checkout. But breakfast pastries should be included for the graduation rate we paid. "

"I usually choose hampton inns by hilton.However, this time I chose a double tree and I now will choose DoubleTree over Hampton. The hampton property we stayed in was quite run down and not a friendly staff which was unusual"

"Katerina hotel is a must stay for those traveling to Chico. Clean, beautiful esthetic, with nice restaurant and bar amenities. Happy hour was a plus with nice food offerings and tasty drinks. The pool was well maintained and sunny. Staff at hotel went above and beyond to check in with you to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were well sized, huge bathroom, and clean. Would recommend staying here - close to shopping and freeways."
