"I love this property and it makes me sad to have to give it such low scores. It is an older property so of course it needs some TLC but it seems that is not happening. First off when we arrived the front desk representative was not having a good day. I prefer I higher floor every though I am traveling with a pet. She accommodated me very reluctantly. She didn't show me where my room would be, never explained breakfast hours,pool hours or said "

"Rooms are great, but ask for one away from main desk building. All the air condition condensers are In one area and they cycle on and off loudly all night. "

"The carpet needed to be vacuumed better. There were crumbs on it. I do not like the fact that the room gets done every other day. "
