"Very helpful and pleasant manager, Jordon, after my first reservation at a different hotel, (covered in pot smoke), was cancelled free of charge - because the only available room was on the 4th Floor and the elevators were out. My husband had just been to the podiatrist that day. Back to the app - and this time I picked a stay date starting that night - which flipped in the app to starting the next night, leaving me without a place to stay and an extra night I didn't want. All was worked out...
