"i was disappointed with the service start from check in. When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours. "Loved my stay at Seascape Uluwatu, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming during my stay. They had just freshly opened when I arrived so there were some minor inconveniences that arose but the staff handled them efficiently and helped in any way that they could. I will definitely be back to enjoy Seascape again on my next trip to Uluwatu. "
