Waited 20 min but now show, walked to reception desk, she was on her phone and shocked seeing me. She realized she forgot about situation. He was me asking for another from so that we stay in a clean room! "

"Stayed in room 110, roaches everywhere, stains everywhere, sheets had holes in them from cigarette burns, and the overall building was just dirty. Also there is no breakfast."

"Ice maker did not make much ice. Did not receive the type of room reserved and wasn’t offered the difference in price I paid so I lost the money.No swimming pool was a negative. Room was clean and plenty of restaurants close by."
