Waited 20 min but now show, walked to reception desk, she was on her phone and shocked seeing me. She realized she forgot about situation. "Stayed in room 110, roaches everywhere, stains everywhere, sheets had holes in them from cigarette burns, and the overall building was just dirty. Also there is no breakfast."
