The staff was amazing! The hotel itself is dirty and dated. The elevator did not have its safety license posted and was very slow and shook. Our room also had unknown dirt spots on the walls and the beds were uncomfortable. It is in need of a deep clean or updating.

I had a wonderful stay for one night. The front desk was very friendly and professional. The suite was very clean with no issues. The location is great. There are several restaurants right near it and a shopping plaza right around the corner. I would definitely choose this hotel again when passing through Texarkana.
