Staff was great. Room was dirty. Although the linens seemed to have been changed, dishes cleaned, the carpets, bathroom and furniture needs to be vacuumed and washed. The bathroom especially had dirty walls and corners.

Staff was very friendly. Variety of choices for breakfast. Hotel and room very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Pool area clean and had pool toys for the kids to play with. Enjoyed our two nights there. Would recommend.

Our room was nice and cold when we entered so we didn’t have to wait for it to be cool in this Texas heat which was very appreciated. The breakfast every morning was a plus. We loved how quiet it was at night. Easy access to highway. We also used the laundry facilities which was great to have. Also the ice machine to dispense ice when needed. Overall wonderful stay. Also the front desk ladies were all very nice.

Hotel is under renovations so limited parking only one elevator for customers to use. Rooms are very nice we had a updated one. We love the location of this hotel easy to return for our trip and finding restaurants. Once all rooms are completed this hotel well be a 5 star. Best breakfast too.

Great stay for a large family

Check in was fast and friendly. We are a large family of six and enjoyed the two bedroom suite. The sofa bed is unlike anything I’ve ever seen and was extremely uncomfortable even for the kids. I’m glad we ended up bringing an air mattress just in case. We used the air mattress and had one of the kids just sleep on the couch and not on the sofa bed part. Overall stay was good. It was just for the weekend. Continental breakfast wasn’t the best we’ve ever had at a hotel but it served its purpose.

Extreme happy. We visit Texarkana once a month to visit family. Never stayed here before, so was a little apprehensive. Our regular hotel waa booked out , due to me forgetting to make the reservation in advance. So pleased with this place it will be where we stay from now on! The pool was awesome, the room was amazing . We had the 1 bedroom suite and it had a real stove full size fridge and a table with 4 chairs. Also had a work desk and a couch. The couch did not fold out but that was ok. Very nice place. Good price too!

Staff was over there to kill some time. When our restroom overflown and flooded , her response , there is no maintenance but I can get you a plunger. Waited 20 min but now show, walked to reception desk, she was on her phone and shocked seeing me. She realized she forgot about situation. He was me asking for another from so that we stay in a clean room!
