The room was not clean their was piss on the toilet food on the door of the fridge & it took them over a hour after calling & going down stairs for them to send someone to fix the microwave so I could eat and I'm a diabetic that is not acceptable.

Hot tub was cold, maintenence had left for the evening and no one there k ew how to turn it on. It was the only filter i added in my search for the room. Oh, they charge $4.95 for a 20oz soft drink. The taff was polite and friendly, though.

This hotel was bad. Room smelled like raid, hot tub and pool was COLD, properly was dirty, breakfast was nasty, staff unfriendly. Definitely hard pass. If the room was not booked through a company account i would have left.

Pool cold and hot tub cold- reported it. Bathtub was chipping and just ugly! Otherwise, staff was nice and average hotel. Ok for a night. Great value

I am not a reviewer, but this place was awful. The only reason that we chose this hotel was because of the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Both were freezing cold. The property was gross. Trash cans overflowing. One of our rooms smelled horribly of smoke. Our daughter didn’t even have hot water in her bathroom. Definitely do not recommend.

Property condition is terrible. It’s obvious the management does not care as the entire building is in need of maintenance and repair. Pool & hot tub out of order, elevator was not safety inspected (at least not posted by law) broken windows at end of aisle way, carpet stained, our bedding was stained so we switched rooms. Suggest not staying here as we will never again. Highly disappointed.

Terrible. Blood stained clothing under sink, trash toilet had streaks of use cards from previous people in restroom fridge didnt work bed had black dots walls stained. Do not stay here.

Incredibly dirty. There were stains and debris on the floors and carpets in the main areas. There was a pile of laundry stacked on the floor near the elevators on our floor. In the room, there was trash still on the bathroom floor, so it was obviously not swept. There was an odor in the building that was obviously being covered up with air fresheners. Parts and pieces falling off of fixtures attached to walls. Chips and scuffs in all of the walls. Overall, the condition of the entire hotel was disrepair. We booked adjoining rooms and the adjoining doors were stuck shut. The only positive here is that housekeeping/maintenance was very responsive and came quickly to kick it open. I attempted to call the front desk 2 times later in the evening because the wifi password given at check in was expired. No one answered and I was never able to connect to the wifi. Pool and gym were “closed for remodeling”, so no use of the amenities. We opted of the complimentary breakfast, as th eating area was in the same state of disrepair and cleanliness as the rest of the building. I booked this hotel based on its location on the map - I thought it was the same hotel I had stayed at the last time I came through. I will not be making that mistake again.

Check in was fine. Got off the elevator on our floor to a pile of swept up trash. No one picked it up until the next day. The room was clean on the surface. I dropped a card and bent to pick it up and found trash under the dresser. This included a dried up piece of fruit. Looking further, there were gummies just under the bed and trash under every table in the room including the bathroom. The cleaning crew needs a little training on what should be checked.

The first room we tried to check into was disgusting. Dusty, trash behind nightstand, dirty towel hanging from the bathroom door and open used soap with wrapper in bathtub. The front desk guy offered to send housecleaning up but i said it was just too disgusting so he gave us a 2nd room to check out and it was cleaner but the bathroom again had used washcloth hanging in shower and opened used soap. The pool was closed due to construction within the hotel which Expedia must not have known of as I used pool/hot tub filter.

It started with the completely janky, wacky elevator that doesn’t work without terrifying you so bad your ancestors can feel it. Then, you enter the room with curtains too small for the window (don’t worry, the light from the giant gas station sign outside won’t be the problem you expect). The Wi-Fi that does not work, so to unwind you decide to turn on the TV. Which doesn’t work. Then, after listening to your neighbor blast their (working) TV as if they were trying to entertain everyone in the hotel, you have to fight the elevator (you must go up to go down) to go ask the clerk at the desk to tell them to shut up. You can try to call the desk with their phone, but it doesn’t work. And the immediate response from the desk clerk when you finally get there (beware the elevator) is the best he can do is check you out. At 12:30 in the morning. Once you finally get it explained that the room next door is loud, the clerk finally goes upstairs (after fighting the busted elevator) and pounds on the loud TV door a few times. Volume goes down … but don’t worry, it goes right back up in less than 15 minutes. It finally ends at 3:30 in the morning. Oh. And the ATM is busted. I didn’t need it, but I learned that when someone else did and the clerk told them it doesn’t work. There’s no sign and all of the lights are on, but it doesn’t work. And whatever you do, don’t try to use the pool. It is being renovated, which most mean it is currently serving as a gateway to hell, because I can’t se

No USB plugs in room, you will need charger block. Pool and hot tub not available due to renovation. Our room was partially renovated with what looked like new flooring. Hair dryer did not work. No coffee maker in room (my husband uses them). There was a microwave a half fridge - though one leg missing and hard to open. TV was large for the room. Side chair was not clean and reminded me of the red chair in Big Bang with the “thing” that lived inside it—let me clear, no evidence of bugs. A/C was old, but worked great. Another tall bed and tough for short people. They touched up the paint on walls, but different enough color/finish it made you wonder why so much had to be touched up. Breakfast room in non renovated area and was not tidy.

Hotel was under construction, pool was closed, 1st room was filthy so we got moved to another room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke and cologne, elevator was sketchy and smelled like bug spray, breakfast was ok
