"I reserved a room for 2 nights in order to have a place for my elderly father to rest after an early morning debarkation from our cruise ship. The desk clerk informed me our reservation had been cancelled. He was entirely unhelpful and rude. I can't speak to the condition of the hotel. But I will say that the hotel we ended up resting in for the day, The Residence Inn by Marriott, located next door was nicer all around, with really helpful staff. I think this was Expedia's fault. I tried to...

"Clean room, spacious, great view from balcony. Great stay."

"La recepción no fue muy amable y está platicando con su compañera y cuando le hablé se puso mala cara"

"The check-in process was professional and expedient. The rooms are clean and cool, temperature-wise. Everyone, staff and guests were sooo friendly. Smiles and nods make you feel welcomed. Oh yeah, and the quick grab-and-go breakfast is perfect."

"The room was okay but not for the price. They charged significantly more on weekends. For example it’s $33 a day usually on weekends $120. For a basic motel like this it’s similar to motel 6. They should price accordingly. Then they have the nerve to charge $15 for parking. It’s better hotel like Holiday Inn and Suites. They have free breakfast and the rooms are nice."

"The staff was great!!!! Our room was excellent!!! The only issue was the breakfast. The breakfast was the same day after day. The leftover foods were used the next day and the next. The biscuits were as hard as your head! The egg bites were very dry. The waffles good!"

"Just not well maintained. It had a musty smell and a dirty smell. Would not recommend at all. Wish I could get a refund!"
