"The hotel was picked as it was close to the mall and particularly Kidzania. Literally just crossed Dillard's parking lot and had access to a great mall with several stores and attractions. The room as clean, the staff @ front desk was extremely friendly and with great recommendations. Our room was clean, had big fridge, dishwasher, TV, 2 complimentary waters. If ever in Dallas will be back!"

"The location of this Hotel was excellent, a few minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the shower in our room was pathetic with no water pressure, so I didn't get to enjoy the shower. Also, the elevator buttons were not working, and at one point, we had to walk up one floor to use the elevator for the upper floors. Overall it was a good experience"

"When we arrived, we ask the man outside for valet to take our bags up. He said they didn’t do it and brought us a cart to load ourselves which was hard to steer. The breakfast was sparse and not open at 10:45 because they were setting up for lunch."

Guests who had booked one-night stays were showing as two-night reservations, while my two-night reservation was reflected...
