"Very clean and the breakfast was great"

"For the price best western met my expectations. I had break fast available however I wished breakfast lasted longer. I believe breakfast ends at 9/9:30. I received fresh towels as needed. I did not need any additions room service because I was only there for 2 nights. All the appliances worked; I only used the fridge and microwave. "

"This was a solo trip for me, just for a single night. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy, directly in front of the entrance. The room was on the bottom floor, right next to the kitchen and breakfast area. Waking up like a fat kid to the smell of pancakes and waffles! "Check in was fine, receptionist was friendly. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Both rooms smelled very bad and the carpeting was soaking wet. We left our luggage in the rooms and went out to visit family in the area and when we returned, the one way road to the the hotel was closed for overnight construction work. There was no way to get back to hotel. I called hotel to get instructions on a back way to get to hotel, which involved cutting through parking lots and driving wrong way on a one- way...

"Breakfast was cold and when asked a staff member if adding more of an item she said no because it was frozen. It was barely 8:30am She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day. Pool was very clean "
