"Good size room and great view, not much to rave about but the customer service was good. We found a couple bugs in the room which made us uncomfortable but we only stayed one night and only used the room to sleep in. Other than that it was a good stay. Just feel that it needs some work and pest work here and there"

"The hotel amenities were good. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view was spectacular in the mornings. It also had a nice coffee shop, especially since the in-room coffee maker didn't work. Know that if you get a balcony room facing the street and sea wall, you will hear ALL of the traffic noise. Revving engines for those using the street like a drag raceway and blasting music from their cars , then the police sirens that would some times come after didn't let me get to sleep until quite late into the night. I kept checking to see if the sliding door was open because the car noice was so loud and we were on the 6th floor."

"The property was beautiful. The room was very comfortable however, I was uncomfortable with the fact that there was about a 3/4 gap between the bottom of the door and the ground which would allow insects to enter. Still, the staff were pleasant and professional and the buildings were all within an easy walking distance to all the outside pools"

"Please keep in mind this is a historical hotel, which is part of its beauty. The rooms were lovely and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable of the area and the reputation of the hotel. We had a great conversation discussing the history. We were given great suggestions on where we could grab a bite to eat and some late beverages. The Riverwalk was in walking distance which made for a nice late night stroll. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here and will be looking into staying here again."

"Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Everything we needed was on site. It was very convenient for us to not have to leave the property, especially since we have toddlers. The kids loved the water park! We will definitely be back. =)"

"The staff were excellent. I lost my valet ticket. No problem - with proper identification, we had our car in no time. We got drenched in a thunder shower - immediate hot towels were brought to us. The food in the tavern, accompanied by music, was good. I would definitely stay here again. it is close to the river walk, but not as expensive as the hotels right on the river"
