We paid full price for a two-night stay, but it was an absolute waste of money because the room lacked even the most basic items. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, and no hair dryer anywhere in the room. Even worse, they did not even provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or conditioner, leaving us with absolutely nothing to wash...

"Don't stay here, unless you like living with roaches. Poor maintenance in the whole place, from parking to smelly rooms with dirty walls, roaches. I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean my room the 3 days I was there. Even bought my own TP."

"We were made 3hrs to check in bc the room was being cleaned, then when we finally got into the room, the floor was filthy, making walking around filthy, the linen was stained, there was no microwave in the room like the amenities stated and our fridge froze everything (the dial was broken). The door latch was loose, the ac was cracked and making odd noises, there were holes all over the room and the tv was damaged as well. We were there for two weeks and had to ask the staff and housekeeping for...
