"The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff, Wil, was friendly, professional and helpful."

"The hotel is cute, and modern, and clean, but the room that I got is super small, which was enough for a soloist, but there is literally no closet, no drawers, there was a place to hang clothes but no hangers, I just left my clothes in the suitcase under the bed. The shower was nice but no place to put body wash, had to set it on the shower floor. (A suction cup rack to the glass wall would help a lot). I could stay there again. But at least I’m aware now. Now you are too."

"We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...

"Hotel Indigo has THE best staff which is why I am giving them a 5 star review. Dora and Donaldson made us feel so welcomed the moment we arrived and anytime we crossed paths, we were greeted with a smile. Unfortunately the hotel is still under construction and management did an excellent job in communicating that and what to expect during our stay. I chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews but it is tough to look past the construction work that is being completed. I do believe once...

"Hotel took hours to be able to check in. The manager at the pool bar was rude, passive aggressive & unprofessional, esp with her constant under her breath comments within earshots of everyone. Shadyness when asked about itemized bills."

"Parking is done by a 3rd party company for both properties and is valet only. Valet crew was great helped out in the tight area that isvthe front of the hotel. Breakfast was the usual fare eggs toast waffles cereals and such. Did have bacon and that was a plus also didnt have to pay extra for it so that was a nice surprise. "

"The restaurant, bars, and coffee market were great! Staff were very friendly. The issue was with the hotel rooms. They lacks comfort and modern updates. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Very dated rooms/bathrooms. I could hear everything and everyone in the halls and smell my neighbor in the bathroom as my floor vent was open and unable to shut. The air conditioning fan doesn’t run all night so you can hear a pin drop. Basic channels. I expected more from a Sheridan."

"The hotel always very beautiful. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only issue was on the water was on the cold to warm side. It was hard to shower more than a minute without the water going cold. We loved that everything was a walkable distance, even if it was not, the valet guys were nice and helpful."

"This hotel is a convenient place to stay. I love that it edges DT and the neighboring area the suite has every thing in it. There is a connivence store like next door. The farmers market a stone throw away with variety of food options.I’ll stay here again in the future."
