The bhuilding was clean, a little run down in some areas, but the snall amenities made up for it. Would 100% recommend this place, just be aware it is a microtel and the rooms are small and meant to just be a place to sleep. "The virtual front desk took some adjusting. Be sure to read the emails/texts from the virtual front desk. All of the instructions are well written but it is a bit complicated. In order to get to my room from the parking garage it required 3 different elevators that all worked a little differently. The room was nice but slightly worn. There was the constant roar of the highway below, even from the 50th floor but nothing I couldn't deal with. Use of the Tower Club restaurant was amazing! ...

"The Joule delivered an exceptional experience overall. The Deluxe Loft Suite was impressive, and for the first day, everything was operating at a true five-star level.
Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds.
Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board."
