"The hotel is cute, and modern, and clean, but the room that I got is super small, which was enough for a soloist, but there is literally no closet, no drawers, there was a place to hang clothes but no hangers, I just left my clothes in the suitcase under the bed. The shower was nice but no place to put body wash, had to set it on the shower floor. (A suction cup rack to the glass wall would help a lot). I could stay there again. But at least I’m aware now. Now you are too."

"Parking is done by a 3rd party company for both properties and is valet only. Valet crew was great helped out in the tight area that isvthe front of the hotel. Breakfast was the usual fare eggs toast waffles cereals and such. Did have bacon and that was a plus also didnt have to pay extra for it so that was a nice surprise. "

"I was not impressed with this hotel. I was not notified about ongoing construction during my stay. Dora kindly provided breakfast for us. The cleanliness of the room was ok, the window behind the bathroom door had fingerprints and smudges. The wallpaper in the hallway was coming loose as soon as you stepped off the elevator; we stayed in room 810. Safety was a concern, as we did not need to use our room key to access our floor. I have stayed at other Hotel Indigo locations, and I found this one...

"The rooms were big and very comfortable. Just don't pay extra for cafe breakfast during week. It was a choice of coffee, breakfast sandwich or pastry. The product wasn't even up to Starbucks level and I expect more from a Renaissance Hotel. When I saw what they offered, I asked to be reimbursed and they said no. She did tell me the GM would reach out to me and he has not. It's only 35.00 but all the same they can do better."

"The restaurant, bars, and coffee market were great! Staff were very friendly. The issue was with the hotel rooms. They lacks comfort and modern updates. Mattress was hard and squeaked. Very dated rooms/bathrooms. I could hear everything and everyone in the halls and smell my neighbor in the bathroom as my floor vent was open and unable to shut. The air conditioning fan doesn’t run all night so you can hear a pin drop. Basic channels. I expected more from a Sheridan."

"This hotel is a convenient place to stay. I love that it edges DT and the neighboring area the suite has every thing in it. There is a connivence store like next door. The farmers market a stone throw away with variety of food options.I’ll stay here again in the future."

"Ad is misleading. It’s 2bd but only 1bath. Only one bd is in a room with walls where 1 bd is in an open room with curtains separating. If you have different genders, not ideal. Never told us how to lock door. The key pads we have automatically lock once outside. This you must push # for it to lock!!"

"We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...
