Convenient location to the convention center, Dallas Farmers Market, the Exchange Hall and other places downtown. We walked every day and never felt unsafe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was great. The valet attendants were also very helpful and there were times they were super busy but always smiling. We would stay here again. Before going I was concerned about homelessness based on reviews. There were homeless in some areas like the park or a sidewalk, but not outside the building and not in abundance. We were never approached by anyone.

The property was very clean. Heir security was very good. But i would not leave the property alone at night on foot. Literally a tent city in the parking lot behind the building.
