"I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc"

"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"Beautiful hotel even with the renovations going on. Check in easy, clean rooms, beautiful view from the windows. Bathroom hanging mirror was falling off, called front desk and they upgraded to a new room free of charge. Valet parking is the way to go."

"They need to make customers aware when pools aint open, we traveled from 6hrs away to come relax in a nice room with pools and nothing was working and we werent notified when getting rooms. Also the AC in our room was not working. Very unsatisfied"

"Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay"

"Our stay was perfect! We were very tired after a long flight from São Paulo to Dallas, and a kind receptionist allowed us to check in early so we could rest a bit. He also offered us an excellent room at the back of the building (away from the highway noise). Room 142. The staff member was extremely helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but we chatted a bit and I know he is from a city near Mumbai, India. He is an excellent employee. There is also a Denny’s right...

"The room floor was sticky, the smell was unpleasant and the shower was dirty with hairs and some other stains of I don’t know what. Staff was helpful but the room was not."

"Gosh darn it. They tricked us. Place looked decent in photos and price was not super cheap so we figured it’d be nice. Dirty sheets, bugs, unsafe door and area, took a while to receive check in info."
