Its the most horrible nasty ghetto hotel and is also neigbors with a homeless camp..and if tou want to compare the hotel to the.homeless camp they were cleaner than this run down place and dont let the pictures fool you. "The view from our one-bedroom suite on the 49th floor was amazing. The unit was super clean and the living space was roomy. Nice having a washer & dryer in the unit. Plenty of coffee and toiletries. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and close to the train for a short ride to American Airlines Center. Easy and safe parking."

"Extremely friendly staff and clean hotel. Rooms were large and well maintained. Bed was comfy! Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. I loved their daily coffee/tea service in the morning and afternoon refreshments. Only downside to the visit was the pool was closed for the winter when we visited in October. "
