"I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc"

"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"There was no hot water during the stay, when I checked in, the room was unclean, lots of hairs on the bed and floor"

"Beautiful hotel even with the renovations going on. Check in easy, clean rooms, beautiful view from the windows. Bathroom hanging mirror was falling off, called front desk and they upgraded to a new room free of charge. Valet parking is the way to go."

"Gosh darn it. They tricked us. Place looked decent in photos and price was not super cheap so we figured it’d be nice. Dirty sheets, bugs, unsafe door and area, took a while to receive check in info."

"No hot water, no wifi, dirty floors and surfaces... the AC barely worked..."

"The room and property was clean overall but it’s all out dated. The A/C didn’t work well in the room. If you need a microwave you have to go up to the 25th floor which is ridiculous as we were on the 9th floor. The valet took over 45 minutes to get our car for us when we were leaving. When outside there are nasty homeless people everywhere. The coffee shop downstairs was pretty good though. Would consider going back after updates."

"The added “resort fee” billing was unnecessarily confusing. Compared to surrounding venues, drinks their bar were overpriced."

"Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay"

"They need to make customers aware when pools aint open, we traveled from 6hrs away to come relax in a nice room with pools and nothing was working and we werent notified when getting rooms. Also the AC in our room was not working. Very unsatisfied"

"This hotel feels very new and modern, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (if too American for my taste). Full marks, will stay here again."
