"GREAT staff, very pleasant and accommodating. I love the hotel, just wish it was in a little safer area. $45 for valet parking is excessive but because of the location, if you have a decent car you have to use it!"

"The best thing i can i went to attend tge state fair and ou texas. The location was great for that. Hoever the room area ariund it was sketchy. The roo. Need serious work. The bed was comfirtable. The tv was horrible hardly any channels. Location great everything else i would not come back"

"This hotel needs condemned and how it passes inspection suprises us. Its the most horrible nasty ghetto hotel and is also neigbors with a homeless camp..and if tou want to compare the hotel to the.homeless camp they were cleaner than this run down place and dont let the pictures fool you. Its bad!"

"Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors."

"The view from our one-bedroom suite on the 49th floor was amazing. The unit was super clean and the living space was roomy. Nice having a washer & dryer in the unit. Plenty of coffee and toiletries. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and close to the train for a short ride to American Airlines Center. Easy and safe parking."

"Beautiful room, close to great shopping, neighborhood has yet to recover from COVID. Downtown is more sketchy than I had hoped. "

"Extremely friendly staff and clean hotel. Rooms were large and well maintained. Bed was comfy! Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. I loved their daily coffee/tea service in the morning and afternoon refreshments. Only downside to the visit was the pool was closed for the winter when we visited in October. "
