"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico.
Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar.
All staff provided exceptional service from the doorman, front desk, bar and restaurant team. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this ULIV. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Everyone was always willing to help with anything we needed, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay.
The location is unbeatable — perfect for getting around and enjoying everything the area has to offer. Everything about our experience was excellent, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We would absolutely stay here...
