"Way over priced. Not a luxury hotel."

"My reservation via expedia was somehow canceled while i was standing in line waiting to check in to the hotel. I made the reservation on March 3, received a confirmation email reminder on March 25 but some got canceled on March 28, the checkin day. I dont k ow who canceled it. Beware of using expedia for reservations."

"Our room was clean and we were satisfied with the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed two nights. We did not have the breakfast that was offered because we normally wake up a little later. However, coffee is offered all day and it taste good. We checked out today 3/29 and the elevator was not working. It was difficult bringing all our belongings from our room to our vehicle via the stairs. Thank you. "

"Breakfast bar did not have coffe or tea. No pastries or any thing except cearal that was unrecognizable. Staff was not even slightly interested in being friendly. The cleaner used a dust pan and small broom to sweep the rooms no vacuumso dirt was everwhere along baseboards and furniture. Heating/cooling unit was full of dirtand when it came on it blew dirt all over the bed. Pillows were small. Only a sheet and thin sheet like blanket and sheet like cover on the bed that was waisr high so you...

"Beds felt like they had sand on them and the mattress was no good. Also we didnt have curtains that actually covered the windows it was just a then see thru one. Was not impressed."

"The staff was so extremely nice! The place was really clean. I will say the room we had, the air condition unit I don't believe was working right. We would use the heat and it never kicked on, but then when we would use cool, it was not very cold either. But the staff were very kind and the room was clean and comfortable. I also will say the pool looks like it hasn't been used in a VERY long time. It is winter season though and that was not something we were looking for in a hotel this time...

"Staff was surly. Dirty old worn out carpet, door lock broken, litter everywhere on grounds, No breakfast as advertised. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Did not feel safe. Would not recommend for anyone."

"Hotel and room were clean. It's an older hotel, but clean. Beds were okay and pillows were good. No complaints."

"This is a basic, decent room. There's plenty of hot water in a fiberglass shower. Towels get you dry but aren't plush. Some of the tile and trim is DIY, internet is Ok for emails but not streaming. The TV has free ROKU channels, but not cable/satellite networks. Housekeeping came daily to make the bed, refresh towels, sweep and collect trash. At the rate, it's not a spa, but it's a reasonable place to sleep and clean up."

"One of the queen beds didn’t have sheets in it. Bathroom was old and out dated. Tub was rusty. Beds were comfortable. Room did have a musty smell. Overall we felt safe but facility is run down. "
