"I requested a high floor and received it(thank you), the room was spacious and clean. The room amenities were well stocked with plenty of tea and water available when needed.
The Housekeeping staff do a wonderful job and were happy to have a chat and laugh in the corridor.
I found the front desk staff to be attentive and knowledgeable regarding Patong. Requests were always done with a smile.
