Mit etwas Bedauern wurde zur Kenntnis genommen dass dieses fünf Sterne Hotel keinen fitnessraum hat und auch keinen Swimmingpool außen hat Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, insbesondere die Rezeptionsdame Sky, die sehr kundenorientiert und freundlich sich für das Kundenwohl einsetzte"

"Upon entering this beautiful hotel, you are greeted by all staff. They took care of the bags and met me at the room. They supplied me with two full bags of welcome snacks and drinks. That is not a typo, 2 FULL bags of snacks. It was amazing. Such a great surprise. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Chiang Mai, and I've been to this city many times. "The location is very center of the nimman road which is very close to community mall and department store. However, it's more the tourist area than local one so the shops are for travelers and a bit expensive. The room is spacious and comfy. The staffs are very supportive and friendly. "

"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "If you’re heading to Chiang Mai do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. 10 minutes from the airport and within a 1 mile or less walk of anything you need. They do an excellent job with laundry for 50 TB per kilo (2.2lbs). Only 5 floors with an excellent elevator. The AC was excellent. The beds were comfortable.
