"Wir haben abends eingecheckt und es gab keine Übergabe, Schlüssel lag einfach im Briefkasten. Die Wohnung hatte die angegebene Grösse, war aber in einem total schrecklichen Zustand (siehe Bilder), mit Schimmel in der Dusche und einer harten, durchgelegenen Matratze, auf der man nicht liegen konnte und fast keinen Schlaf fand.
