"Excellent staff. Comfortable rooms. Could do with a little reno on the rooms and bath rooms as they are a little dated."

"Got upgraded to a suit, that was super nice , very India and vegetarian friendly breakfast buffet - has Jain food as well - dosa, sambar, dhokla, poha etc . "The staff were really helpful, especially the check in team, and the driver who took me back to the airport."

"Lokasih hotel bagus mau makan cukup gampang tapi pelayanan hotel ini kurang bagus jadi merasa kurang nyaman"

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."
