"Great property excellent value. It's a 30 minute grub ride to downtown. There's not much to do around the hotel itself but it's a great jumping off point. Beautiful swimming pool the only thing it lacked was was daybeds people were getting up in the morning and putting towels down and trying to save it because they were so few there was no reason for that otherwise great hotel"

"The 2 bedroom suite was beautifully designed and the entire building clean. Staff and breakfast buffet excellent. Executive lounge was a nice hideaway with VIP service. Having direct access to the BTS line was convenient. The only constructive criticism I have is the customer service at the nail salon in Eastin was not good at all. My guests and I were talked to rudely when asking questions about the type of nail services. We decided not to spend our hard earned money there. That’s the only negative experience at Eastin Grand. Eastin deserves a 5 stars but the nail salon experience makes it a 4 stars"

"Absolutely wonderful experience! The breakfast buffet is to die for! Amazing and completely worth it. I had a terrific time here such a great location easy to get to the MRT and other transportation options. The market and the shopping next door with so many food options! And I might be simple girl… but the water pressure in the shower sublime!!! Thank you for excellent service and I will be coming back for sure. "

"Hotel is in a great location 3 minute walk to Nana sky train It’s all about the hotel though. Facilities are excellent and reasonably priced. Every one of the lobby staff are helpful and friendly Had use of club lounge which is a good area to meet others in the evening Would like to give a big thank you to Nita in the club lounge. Really helpful and fun She makes sure everyone is welcomed and really tries to chat to everyone Thanks to all will be back soon "
