The Rockport House

"This place is amazing! The room was spotless the bed was comfortable the sheets and towels were top notch! I don’t have words to describe this place besides stunning but that is not a strong enough word to do it justice. You should know going in that no one is there to check you in so a door code will be sent prior to arrival. There is a main house with 3 levels so if you struggle with steps make sure you request something on the main level of a cottage behind the house. The room has a great fridge not like the normal cheap ones in most hotels, and a microwave. There are paper plates in the gathering room on the first floor if you need any along with coffee tea and ice. The outside area is filled with comfy chairs with picturesque views of the neighborhood. It is truly lovely."

"Beautiful, scenic location in an upscale residential neighborhood everything was nice looking and neat. Stairs to the third floor were a little tough carrying luggage . No breakfast because the hosts are retired . We’re retired also and a breakfast would have been nice, especially being the reviews raved about the breakfast. They did have coffee pot in the room and a couple of bottles of water . Owners never communicated while we were there. I guess there was no need. All in all , it was a nice stay."
