"Check-in was a breeze and the rooms were great. Our A/C wasn’t as cold as we’d liked and the lock on the door was hard to bolt in but other than that, it was an amazing stay."

"We stayed at Vientienne overnight to transfer from Laos to Vietnam and choose to stay here. The hotel is brand new and the attention to the details of the staff, their helpfullness and kindness was distinguishing. Spa, pool and rooftop bar was a bonus with a nice view of the monument. They also have a more resort style hotel called Souphattra Heritage, this one looked more like for business travelers which we loved to enjoy the quietness over the weekend."

"清掃スタッフさんがいい感じで、元気にサバディー！と挨拶してくれます。 仕事も丁寧で、清掃後は床にチリ一つ落ちていません。ベッドメイクも完璧でした。マットレスもちゃんと弾力があり、腰が痛くなるようなこともなかったです。 タオル類は毎日取り替えてもらえ、あと水も毎日もらえる(290ml×2本)のが地味にありがたいです。 シャワーはちゃんとお湯が出、エアコンもしっかり効くので快適でした。 朝食もなかなかおいしいですが、唐辛子の入ったものは超激辛なのでご注意ください。 デポジットに30万キープ必要ですが、水だけならタダなので全額返ってきます。 カップ麺も机の上に置いてありますが、これが無料かはわかりません。 セーフティーボックスは見当たらなかったので、ワイヤーロックがあると安心でしょう。"

"Staff breakfast friendly. Now English. Bad management. I stayed 18 days prepaid.. They do not care customers. Breakfast 5 days no bread only noodlsoup, i booked this hotel because the said we would have European breakfast. . Only peanapple jam. We will not go back. "

"Very nice hotel in a great location. Front staff were amazing. Clean modern room. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Everything is within 10min by car or moped. Would 100% recommend, this is a great value. Laos, english and hmong languages spoken by staff. Just a quick note, our unit did not have any cooking utensils however there was a fully functional kitchen. We would stay here again without hesitation."

"The cost of the hotel was low but the hotel was actually quite nice. Although, it does need a renovation. Yet, the airport shuttle is near the hotel and the cost is only $2. There were many food options in the area. I needed to visit a clinic while I was there which was located only several block away. There is a coin laundry only a block away."
