"Holiday Inn cancelled my reservation with no communication which I made a month prior. They cancelled on reservation day. Extremely poor response from the hotel management. They wasn’t able to handle the situation. Telling conflicting stories. Manager was missing throughout my 2 nights stay. There was no attempt to correct it. I felt I was left at the mercy their management. The hotel was under construction, breakfast had limited items, pan cake machine didn’t work. I usually do not do...

"Nice place to stay, clean and well kept. Good fresh breakfast offerings, and clean tables. Busy with a large group, so check-in took longer but that was understandable. "

"I'm giving a big 10 out of 10 to the night desk clerk. Sadly, I don't remember her name, but she was FANTASTIC! No request was too large or too small. She attended to each and every one. She decorated the lobby and the outside planters, everything was so welcoming. The only thing she couldn't help me with was the quality of the breakfasts. Not good at all. I ended up going out for breakfast after the first day, even though it wasn't in my budget."

"There was mold in the AC unit and the Shower exhaust fan did not function properly. Also in room 105 One of the beds had a noticeable indentation. Next, I had to summon the male receptionist to literally turn the TV on because it’s a two step process. First you press the Aux button and secondly, the power button. At this point I was fed up. The hotel is in a very very VERY isolated area. If you miss your turn on “Vernelli Dr” GPS will recommend that you go on a rocky dirt road BEHIND...

"Our carpet smelled bad. There were small pellets on the floor that looked like they were deodorizers. The security to the building was non existent. The room keys didn't work on the outside doors but that was ok because they were never locked! We asked for a change of rooms but they were fully booked."

"The bathroom sink leaked and the bed comforters didn't seem very clean. Most importantly, the bathtub featured drywall mesh patching and a lot of sparkle. I didn't like that; the bathtub floor had a lot "give." There was nice shampoo, but I usually bring my own soaps so I didn't ask. The staff was nice."

"It was easy to get to. Room was clean. It is an older hotel but worked great for what we needed. We would go back and we did not see a pool. "

"The accomodations were very nice, the staff was helpful and informative, and although it was a casino, the room and hallways were quiet. We were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also great features."
