"Lovely bright and airy 2 bed apartment with balcony. Great location opposite the park with a few minute walk into Gloucester centre and quays. Very clean with good amenities apart from lacking a dishwasher .. which on this occasion was not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights and eat out. Easy parking in property’s own car park. Did ask about parking for an extra car but wasn’t too happy about the location or tidiness of this as looked run down with rubbish and nails etc on the ground...

"Hotel in the process of changing hands,only one staff , no evening meals or breakfast.Room not what i booked, bathroom required better cleaning. No milk or cup for tea. "

"Staff very friendly and welcoming, and the room was a good size and comfortable. They need to add some security to the corridor doors, to avoid entry by non-guests, which is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star. I'd gladly stay there again."

"Let's start with the positive first. It's a beautiful hotel visually, a little ways off the road on a private track with a wonderful view of the vally below. "Enjoyed my stay, I think I should have gone for a bigger room, my single room was devoid of character , no plug in the sink, shower control was not in good condition. The hotel itself is lovely, friendly staff and delicious meals, would definitely stay there again. "
