"The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint, we chose to “pay at property upon check in”. They tried to charge the card that morning before we arrived at the location."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we checked in I asked if they had a first floor as my wife is disabled and they were able to accommodate us. The room and the property in general, were very clean. Breakfast was average. Coffee was not good but it didn't ruin the stay. We will undoubtedly stay again."

"A lot of hair on the shower wall. The blow dryer broke when first started and then it almost caught fire. We tried to get a new one but the lady at the front desk didn’t know where to get one. The room was dirty looking in spots."

"At check-in, the gentleman (desk clerk) was extremely helpful. The lobby and parking lot was well kept. At first sight, the room seemed decent. Then, after further inspection the ceiling was covered in mold, the bathroom ceiling was pealing, the shower head was broken, and there was a tremendous amount of moisture in the room. The property has potential but needs updating."

"Hotel wasnt bad but they were renovating the building so some amenities were not available at the time plus i had issues with tv and internet connection because of the renovations. Besides that, my stay was good although the price could've been cheaper with the issues and renovating going on."

"The pool was half full of green slime, not crystal clear as the photos showed. Half of the rooms were torn up getting renovated. The continental breakfast was laughable. On the positive side, our room was acceptable though the bedspread was stained. The renovation of the bathroom was sloppy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bed felt like a mattress pad had been placed on top of a piece of plywood. No cups or drinking glasses in the room. The staff was indifferent and drywall...

"Unfortunate situation. I was doing a cross country drive. I wanted to stop so I booked 2 days, last minute, through Expedia. I arrived just before midnight. The room is clean but the bed was hard as a rock. I couldn't sleep. I was up by 5:30 in the morning, checked out before 6:30am. I asked the staff if I can get refunded my second day and was told to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told the hotel refused to release the second day payment.
