"Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full."

"Our room was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. There was toothpaste “splatter” on the bathroom faucet and a brown ring around the tub. The building has seen better days. There were giant tarps hanging from the second floor railing when we pulled in. The staff was really nice. At around 9pm there were people sitting right by our door smoking. Not to fun being awoken by the garbage man at 6am."

"The "2 bedroom oom suite" was 2 condos -- one with a full kitchen and the other with a kitchenette. Worked very well for a couple and 2 adult children. Pools, both indoor and outdoor were very nice, and free gas grill was great for a barbecue. Overall, lovely for our July 4th get away"
