"The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Not much noise pollution which is conducive to restful sleep. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. Free self-parking. Breakfast is not free, but if you sign-up for Hilton Honors, you and all in your party get a complimentary (very delicious) sit-down breakfast. Best of all, they give you a free cookie when you arrive and the same at departure. What a great unexpected treat! Makes me feel like a kid again. Great time had by...

"Late arrival and was given an occupied room. I had to go two times to the lobby until the occupant called. Second try, the door to the room was open. Third try I was downgraded to only one bed, first floor with a broken window taped together. The room had trash from previous guest inside. I also saw two or three non—guests wondering the area. I should request a full refund!"

"I had understood this hotel was going to be renovated and be an actual good motel 6 or studio 6. There are a few still out there but currently all of them in Fresno are the nasty buggy kind…. Well so we booked it and paid the ridiculous $100 deposit and it was like $120 a night! Literally for that money you can book a good upscale hotel to at actually has amenities or shampoo etc. and thst would provide breakfast! This one provides nothing! Literally we got the room and it smelled so bad...
