"The rooms are spotless. The beds are comfortable. All in working order. Check in was a delight. Gail was so welcoming and informative of places to eat and other hotspots on the island worth checking out. I also had great experiences with Ruth and Shawnette. This place is safe for solo travellers. They have security and close the gates at night. There are a few dogs outside the hotel grounds, but they are friendly, just in need of food and attention. The resort has golf cart service to the beach....

"Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. "I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....
