"Lovely room and bathroom, but hotel is not in a location that you can walk to historic Beaufort. Our displeasure with hotel started with being greeted by a teenager wanting to park our car or moving it off site. Having been hiking beach locations up the NC coast, our belongings were not amenable for his service. When I went inside to register, neither clerk recognized me because they were watching a wedding party take pictures in the lobby. We decided then we would not partake in any meals or paid activities at the hotel. It would be beneficial to your guests to offer them the right to park on the hotel property proper (they made us park at rarely used dirt lot hundreds of yards away). Even if you charged an additional $15 per night just to park, which was the cost for valet (tipping not included), it would allow your guests the freedom to come and go without waiting in line for their car. Do better with your logistics and customer service. "

"Room was clean and in good condition. Very enjoyable space. Bathroom was a little small but I enjoyed the handheld shower wand. Staff was courteous and helpful."

"Great value! Beach was wonderful, with complimentary chairs. Pool bar was great. Food was okay, service across the board was excellent. Great stay!"

"Not a bad place to stay, location is great. Hotel is in need of some updates to the rooms themselves. The carpets were sticky feeling and overall just wasn’t the level of clean you would expect from a hotel. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast options are super limited so we opted to have it offsite. "

"The outdoor pool area was closed for the season and we were not made aware of that until right before we checked in. Main reason we were going there."

"This was our 2 nd trip there since they opened this year. Everything was 100% perfect The breakfast was amazing. Pancakes , eggs bagels fresh fruit yogurt bar and Oatmeal bar. The rooms have k cup coffee machines and bed are very comfortable beds. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel supplied. also hand soap and lotion in dispensers. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
