Unfortunately with this booking channel, as we have multiple properties within this complex, we cannot identify specific units as being pet friend or not. This is unfortunate as our pet fee assists in covering the additional costs of cleaning and sanitizing a home after hosting a pet. As a corrective action, we have modified our process and will no longer be requesting pet fees after the booking stage on Expedia. Additionally, we regret that all floors in the home were not cleaned to our standard. This is certainly not reflective of our level of service and we have reviewed this feedback with our housekeeping team. Should you choose to stay with us again in the future, please note that our 24-hour Contact Centre that is available to answer any and all requests, as well as dispatch our field team to assist you with deficiencies in the home.
