"We stayed in the Queen Anne suite, which was amazingly large and had a hidden additional room. The property itself is absolutely vast, and the staff were friendly. We had a delicious meal in the dining room in the evening and enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail."

"Ten minute walk to the Metrocentre made shopping there convenient and avoided parking problems. Room was clean and well furnished but a frig and microwave would be nice. Check on Expedia or other sites for the best prices."

"Room is spacious has good mattress. No air-con has fan, no fridge. Room is clean. Refilled complementary water and coffee pods every day. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day. I didn’t feel welcomed, staffs are present but can’t feel that they’re there. Massive pool and 3 jacuzzis, we only went once. Shower rooms have empty shower gel and shampoo bottles. A lot of people in and out of hotel mostly gym members if I’m not mistaken, would be nice if they have other entrance. Went there for our 15th wedding anniversary would be nice if the hotel put simple greeting card to make it special but yeah I guess it’s not the same for all the hotels."

"This hotel was the perfect location ,so central yet the noise level on a night was really good and managed to get a good sleep. Beds were comfortable,rooms were spacious and immaculate . Staff were helpful when we couldn’t check in online ."
