"We had such a lovely stay at Dunston Hall! The hotel is beautiful, our room was comfortable, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dinner in the restaurant was a real highlight. The food was delicious, and Kieran made the evening extra special with his friendly, attentive service. He really went the extra mile and made our meal one to remember. "All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. Restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Room was decent size, clean and quiet, with comfortable large bed. Swimming pool was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Bar was great too and again staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Restaurant was expensive but the food was amazing."

"Convenient location and easy access, room comfortable and clean. Reception changed our rooms to ground floor on request at arrival, as allocated rooms were not easily accessed, lots of stairs up and down and corridors. Breakfast ok on Saturday but not very hot, tea and coffee machine dispensing very weak and tasteless coffee and tea. Parking good, but quite along waln to reception. "

"Amazing spacious room with its modern interior just like the whole vibe of the hotel itself. Amazing customer service from the minute of booking until the very end. From greeting, to helping me make the day as social as possible by great communication and replying to messages fast in order for the surprise to take place. :) Thank you for everything on that day, from upgrade to all the little things added in our stay that made it magical and stress free :) Loved every minute of it. Shame the wellness centre wasn’t open for longer than nine especially since our arrival was quite late however it’s understandable for quest comfort and peace. "
